1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or used mobile cases, as well as items damaged due to misuse or improper handling, are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery.
